Bio

Bard Weinstein grew up in Northern California. As the son of a general practitioner in law, Bard was introduced to the law at a very young age. In his teens, Bard worked at his father's partnership. His duties included filing documents with the court, file retrieval in the office, and assisting lawyers in their tasks. Many of these tasks involved criminal law.

Bard received his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice, from Long Beach State University. During his undergraduate degree, Bard participated in a legal internship that focused on real client issues involving criminal law. In law school, Bard developed an affinity for criminal law by logging 200 hours at an externship which taught him the nuts and bolts of a proper criminal defense.

During his practice of law, Bard has successfully won immigration trials, family law trials, criminal trials, Orders of Protection, and Injunctions against Harassment. Bard is also licensed in Federal District Court where he has successfully represented clients concerning conspiracy, gun charges, and illegal re-entries.

As a previous successful small business owner, Bard has experience with navigating client issues-whether big or small.
